I am an only child, my parents always had to work very hard to have the basic things at home, and with 16 years I started my professional life as a telephone operator. When I was 18, I entered OLIVETTI and at 20 I entered IBM where I stayed for 6 years. Later, I opened a boutique in Ipanema, and for two years I was an ENTREPRENEUR, with no money but full of pose. In 1980, I entered XEROX and in 1986 a friend invited me to work in a field I did not know (computers) at DIGITAL EQUIPMENT, but since I never had fear of challenges, I decided to accept.

In 1993, I went to Portugal to visit my parents and there I met an incredible woman called Isabel Fernandes. At the time she was a little bit fat (she has a photo of this on the site) and talked to me, of wanting to register me to work with Independent distributor HERBALIFE. I laughed and asked: "Do you know what I do and how much I earn?". Very politely, she answered: "I do not know, but I am a Chemical Engineer, I began in that business in partial time, after losing 44 pounds I have a profit of U$3,000.00 per month, if this money for you is nothing, for me is a substancial amount". I didn´t believe anything, but I brought the paperwork that she had given me to Brazil, my wife read it and was interested, called Portugal, ordered the products and in 1 month of use she lost 12 pounds.

After this Simone began to try to convince me that to use the products would be good for my health and appearance. One year and a half later, she finally convinced me and in 50 days I reduced 28 pounds (of belly), moreover my cholesterol, triglicerids, acid indigestion and alérgica rinite had disappeared, due to the nutrients that compose the product.

From there on it was easy, my friends had started to ask what I was doing and they were also interested. Simone at that time worked in the Hospital of the Servers of the State and started to distribute the products in partial time, in 3 months she asked for resignation of 15 years as Federal Public employee, where she had become Administrative Manager of the Hospital.

Four months later, I joined her in the work. Our insatisfaction at the time was not lack of money but the quality of life that we had, therefore, until this moment I only had the chance to see my children growing horizontally, that is, when I left in the morning they were sleeping, when I came back from work at night they were also sleeping. After 7 months of work together we already had the financial results that took us 25 years to obtain.
